Terms of Service

By creating a Lexpay account, accessing our APIs, or using any Lexpay-issued card, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Chargeback Policy and any product-specific schedules referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Business customers must provide accurate corporate records, beneficial-owner information and supporting documentation requested as part of our onboarding and KYC process. Lexpay may refuse, suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

• Multi-currency business accounts and FX
• Card acquiring, payouts and global transfers
• APIs, webhooks, dashboard and developer tools

Fees applicable to each subscription tier and transaction type are published on the Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. You authorise Lexpay to deduct fees from your account balance.

You must not use Lexpay for any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, infringes intellectual-property rights, breaches sanctions, or appears on our restricted- business list (including unlicensed gambling, weapons, narcotics, adult services outside applicable law, multi-level-marketing schemes and certain high-risk crypto activities).

Lexpay may suspend or terminate the services, withhold settlement or freeze funds where required by law, by card scheme rules, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms. Where permitted by law we will give you notice and an opportunity to respond.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexpay's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services is limited to the fees paid by you to Lexpay in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Lexpay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
